The Zantingh project department recently designed three prefab installations for a client. The installations were completely assembled and tested in the workshop. For transport, they only need to be partially disassembled afterwards.
The burner panel and the gas train are built together on a single frame. Due to the foldable construction, the installation fits into an export crate. On site, only the gas line and the cabling from the panel to the burner need to be connected.
Customers are increasingly requesting burner installations that are pre-assembled as completely as possible. This helps with projects abroad, especially when technical personnel or knowledge is limited. Cabling in particular often proves difficult in the field.
