Compact burner

The RKB Compact has been developed for boiler installations where space, clarity, and fast assembly are important. This series is suitable for boiler capacities from approximately 2.9 to 5.8 MW.

With the RKB Compact, the control panel is divided into two parts on either side of the burner housing. This keeps the installation compact and requires less loose assembly in the boiler house. On-site, only the power cables and wiring between the burner, gas train, and fan need to be connected. If desired, we can supply complete cable packages for this.

Flexible placement of fan and burner

The RKB Compact is standardly equipped with a separate fan in a duoblock arrangement. This provides flexibility in the placement of the installation. Depending on the available space, the fan can be placed under, in front of, or next to the burner.

The fan is connected to the burner housing via a flexible sleeve. This ensures that vibrations are not transferred to the burner.

Supplied complete with control and safety systems

The burner is supplied complete with gas train, combustion air fan, control equipment, and safety devices. The fan is equipped with frequency control, allowing the speed to adjust to the burner load. This limits electrical consumption and ensures quieter operation.

The Siemens LMV26 system controls and monitors the burner installation.

The RKB Compact is used in greenhouse horticulture, utilities, and industry. Especially in installations with limited space, this burner offers a compact and practical design without compromising on control, safety, and emissions.
