The Zantingh TR series consists of compact monoblock burners for boilers with a nominal capacity of approximately 1 to 2.5 MW. In this type of burner, the burner housing and the combustion air fan are directly coupled. This saves space and allows for a clear installation layout. If the furnace is not positioned high enough in the boiler, a separate fan arrangement is also possible.
The Siemens LMV26 fuel/air ratio controller is built into the burner housing as standard. The control panel contains the other control and safety equipment, including the Jumo diraTRON which regulates the burner load.
The gas train is supplied separately on sturdy support legs. It is pre-assembled as standard and equipped with a manual open/close butterfly valve, a gas filter, a double gas control valve with electro-hydraulic operation, a leak test, and the necessary pipe sections with screw or flange connections. The fan is equipped with an integrated frequency converter as standard.
The TR burner is equipped as standard with a Low-NOx combustion system for natural gas and modulating control. This ensures that gas and air are precisely matched, within the applicable standards. All supplied components are pre-wired, ensuring that electrical installation on-site remains straightforward.
The TR series is used where a compact burner is required and where reliability, emissions, and efficiency are paramount. Our engineers and service technicians ensure correct adjustment, commissioning, and service.
