CO2 calculation

Every greenhouse requires a different CO₂ approach. The required amount of CO₂ depends on the greenhouse design, the crop, and the systems that supply and distribute the CO₂. That is why Zantingh provides a custom CO₂ calculation for every situation.

Using our proprietary calculation software, we calculate the required CO₂ volume, fan capacity, and the layout of the piping system. We also determine the correct diameters, branches, and placement of restriction plates for uniform pressure distribution in the greenhouse. This prevents unnecessary loss and ensures the CO₂ is distributed evenly throughout the space.

Whether it concerns vegetable cultivation, floriculture, or an installation with multiple CO₂ sources: a well-calculated system helps to use the available CO₂ more efficiently and achieve a higher return from your dosing.
