Zantingh burners standard with LMV6
From model year 2025, Zantingh will equip all burners with the LMV6 as standard.
Have you recently purchased a Zantingh burner with an LMV control system? Then you do not have to start over. When replacing the current LMV5 or LMV2/3, equipped with an external load controller, only a few adjustments are required. You can continue to use the existing peripheral components.
The LMV6 grows with your installation. The system offers new functions and can be expanded with sensors that help optimize combustion faster and more efficiently. Zantingh supports you in the application, personal guidance, and further development of your burner systems.
AZL6: clear operation on the front of the burner panel
The AZL6 user interface is located on the front of the burner panel. The large display makes operating the burner faster and easier.
With up to 14 language versions and clear icons, the interaction between user and system becomes more intuitive. This assists with operation and limits the time required for training.

What the LMV6 offers you
The LMV6 has been developed as a platform for the next 20 years. The HMI supports country-specific text characters, allowing the system to be adapted to different markets.
Sensors contribute to high emission and efficiency levels. The updated HMI makes commissioning easier. In addition, the system combines continuity with new technology: existing peripheral components can often be retained, while the control system is expanded with new functions.
The LMV6 helps save time and costs during commissioning and annual maintenance. Due to its compact system size, it takes up less space. The LMV6 also supports global standards and guidelines for the long term.
