Moscow office and Rijsenhout training facility have become reality

Recently a new Zantingh service support location opened its doors in Moscow and with it our global service has become even better. From this branche three experienced burner mechanics can cover Russia and surrounding countries. Recently they came to The Netherlands to learn more about the Zantingh systems and to be better Zantingh mechanics. They were the first to use the brand new Zantingh training facility.

The training facility has been equipped with two Zantingh burners with a switch board each. They are electrically connected and have the possibility to simulate the starting procedure and possible errors. In the training facility (newly hired) Zantingh mechanics will be educated in our systems or instructed when our products have been updated.

Zantingh clients who have their own technical service department are welcome to learn about the Zantingh systems and gain more specific information. After the training they will be able to assess technical issues and take care of eventual malfunctions themselves, without having to wait for a Zantingh engineer.

Also we notice that some parts of the installation work are more difficult than others and are subject to faults. Do your mechanics need more specific information about installing our systems? Please let us know and we can organise courses about these specific topics
