Ignite your succes, with the new Siemens LMV6

Last week we worked hard in our workshop on an exhibition setup with the new LMV6 from Siemens. Decades of knowledge, in combination with the latest technical developments, are the source for a powerful burner management system that enables our customers to face future challenges.

A boost for the next generation of burner management systems

The system has already been awarded the German Design Award for its innovative HMI (Human Machine Interface). Thanks to the large display, the interaction between burner and user is much faster and easier than ever before. Up to 14 languages and intuitive graphics / icons simplify the handling with the system and reduce the training effort. The AZL6 offers time saving guided commissioning for oil and gas burners.

LMV6: scalable by design

Its predecessors have already set the standard for safety, reliability and efficiency. The improved LMV6 is writing a new chapter. The system burns less fuel for the same amount of energy, leading to lower fossil fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. LMV6 features O₂ control, flue gas recirculation and up to three high-precision actuators; the LMV6 helps maintain even the strictest NOx limits.

Replacing the actual LMV2/3 & 5 requires few modifications. Its compact size makes the LMV6 unit easy to install. You can keep using proven peripheral components and expand the system with innovative sensors, which, for example, enable the use of hydrogen. Several more innovations will be available in the future: the LMV6 grows along with you!

The new LMV6 comes in the familiar Zantingh burner which will be on display at our stand at GreenTech.
